THE SAN ANTONIO ORIGIN STORY

Escape The Room’s three exclusive escape room experiences are filled with secrets and mystery, but we operate with full disclosure when it comes to informing you about who we are and what we do as the original escape room in San Antonio. Just don’t expect to have any information handed to you when it comes to making your escape.

San Antonio’s Escape The Room first offered participants a new social gaming opportunity in December 2016. In deciding which cities we would establish our escape experiences in, we couldn’t forget the Alamo City! With a beautiful zoo, the famous River Walk, and the amazing missions, San Antonio is the perfect site for our puzzle escape rooms.

While Escape The Room has locations scattered around the U.S., including New York, Milwaukee, St. Louis, Detroit and Pittsburgh no location gives its employees the escape room bug quite like our San Antonio location, so we know that we must be doing something right here. While our players are scrambling to escape, our employees are scrambling to be let in.

We’re also proud of the fact that we’ve had the honor of hosting players from all over the nation, being within walking distance of the Convention Center. However, some of the best teamwork we’ve ever seen was from the Harlem Globetrotters, who just barely made it out of The Dig! Think you and your friends can do better?

OUR ESCAPE ROOMS

We have three unique escape rooms: The Agency, The Western Bank Heist, and The Dig. Each room has its own setting, secrets, storyline, and escape route. For instance, you’ll take on the role of a secret agent on a classified mission in The Agency. If you don’t mind taking a trip into the heart of the earth, The Dig offers the perfect ambiance. Looking for something a little more wild? Get stuck in the past as you try do rob a bank in the Wild West.

Regardless of which room you choose, you’ll have 60 minutes to search for clues and make escape before time runs out. After you’ve successfully triumphed over one challenge, we hope to see you back for the mysteries that await in our other rooms.

Not only are escape rooms a way to break out of the normal gaming experience while getting a cerebral workout, they’re also great experiences for all kinds of groups. Help your employees work on their team-building skills with a social opportunity they’ll never forget. Escape rooms are also ideal for birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, wedding parties, and anyone looking to host fun out-of-the-box events.
